ICPA Municipal Ratings Tour

The Iowa Concrete Paving Association is looking for volunteer judges for this year’s Excellence In Concrete Awards and the ICPA Paving Awards. For the projects reviewed, these prestigious awards will be given out at the 2023 Better Concrete Conference and the 2024 Iowa Concrete Paving Workshop with the potential to move on for National Recognition. The task of the judging panel is to review and rate multiple municipal pavements throughout the state the week of October 2nd. Past judging panels have left on Monday morning and finished up the ratings tour later that week.
